At Dé Rococo, we strive for perfection in every silhouette, but if your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all designer tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring the garment is folded carefully to avoid damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
